If you are looking for Bible verses for miscarriage then I imagine your heart is deeply hurting. You may feel raw, vulnerable, or even angry. I won’t say that I know what you are going through. Your story, your pain, and your experience is unique to you. There is no easy way to answer the question of why bad things happen, especially when those things happen to innocent children. But God’s promises and His Word give us so much comfort during this healing process.
Your unborn child matters to the Lord. Jeremiah 1:5 says, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart…” That precious baby is important and loved by God.
God does not want you to suffer and He does not inflict suffering upon us. However, He does allow things to come into our lives that cause us pain and heartache. Your pain is not a punishment for anything you did or did not do. We know from Romans 8:1 that, “there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”.
And though He does not punish us with suffering, He does allow things to come into our lives that we can use to bring glory to Him. Your sweet baby can bring so much glory to God. “For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.” Romans 11:36

Prayer For The Loss Of A Child
Before I share the Bible verses for miscarriage I would like to pray for you. I know that you are reading this at a later date than when I am writing it. God knows who you are and the needs of your heart even as I am typing out this prayer. He knows that you will read it. He knows that this prayer is for you in this moment.
Merciful Father, Jesus I come to you today asking that you would wrap your loving arms around my sister in Christ who is hurting and broken over the loss of her baby. God I know that you do not enjoy our heartache but rather your heart aches along with us. Please comfort and bring peace to this bereaved mothers heart. She needs you Lord. She needs the peace that passes all understanding. Lord it is so hard for us to cope with the bad things that happen in this world. I ask that in these difficult times you would help us to remember that you can and will use these moments for your glory. Jesus I pray that this mama would draw near to you. I also pray for this woman's husband that you would comfort him as well. May they seek you out even in their deep grief. In the name of Lord I pray, Amen

Scripture For Pregnancy Loss
Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
