Prayers that every wife can pray over her husband. These six prayers and Bible verses are a wonderful way for any wife to bless her husband in prayer.

Praying for your husband
A wife’s prayers for her husband are a powerful thing. I try to make it a habit to pray for my husband every day. I will be honest that it is not something I always succeed at doing.
However, I know that it is important. Spending time in prayer is crucial for my spiritual life and spending time praying for my husband is one of the many ways that I can be a blessing to him in our marriage.
I am grateful that God meets me where I am in prayer. If the day is crazy and hectic I can still come to God in my frazzled state and pray. I do not have to set aside a large block of time. The Bible says that we should pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and to me that means that it does not matter whether I am changing diapers, scrubbing dishes, or sitting quietly with my Bible. God wants to hear our prayers no matter what.

4. Pray for your husband’s role as a father
I pray often that God will mold my husband into the best father that he can be. Ask that God will guide your husband is all aspects of parenting. Pray for God to give your husband patience and to help him point your children to Christ.
For this prayer specifically I want to add that I also pray these same things for myself as a mother. Parenting children and raising them up in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6) is no small task. I go to God frequently for help and guidance in this area.
